Sales Representative — Insurance
Full-time · On-site or hybrid · No prior insurance experience required
What you'll do
- • Connect with warm leads and your own network to quote and write new business
- • Review existing clients' policies and recommend the right coverage
- • Build long-term relationships — most of our growth comes from referrals
- • Hit clearly defined activity and revenue goals with weekly coaching
Who we're looking for
- • Naturally competitive — you like keeping score
- • Comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with people
- • Coachable. We'll teach you insurance; you bring the work ethic
- • Eligible to obtain a state insurance license (we sponsor the training)
